POSTERS SESSION

Posters will be displayed during the two days of the symposium and specialy during breaks. Participants will be able to exchange and to do business during this time.

During the poster session, five main topics will be touched on :

In addition, some posters will be discussed in specific sessions.


Best poster award

The scientific committee will select, starting from the submitted summaries, 5 posters which will be accepted for a 10-minute oral presentation on 15 May. Authors will be informed of their selection before 1st May. The best presentation will be awarded.

1.    The people who wish to present a poster must submit a summary of their presentation before 15 April 2008 and attach it to the registration form with payment. .

2.    Abstracts must be written in English and should be single-spaced with 20 mm margins.

3.    Type the title (bold character size 12), capitalize the first letter of each word except prepositions, articles and names of species.

4.    List the names of authors (bold) and institution(s) or firm(s). Capitalize first letters and initials.

5.    Use Word and Excel formats for PC.

6.    The summary should describe briefly the objectives, methods(s) used, essential results and conclusions.

7.    Send the original summary with your registration form by post and an electronic version by e-mail (patrice.morel@cbb-developpement.com).

8.    Posters must be written in English. The size of the poster boards will be 120 x 80 cm (h x w).
