These registration fees cover attendance at the conference, posters exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, cocktails and the Proceedings of the symposium.

Discounts
Ph. D. and post-doc students presenting a poster are eligible for a discount of 35% on the registration fee of public sector.

Members of CBB Développement are eligible for a 50 € discount (VAT included) on the registratioin fees.

PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid before the opening of the symposium as follows :

Bank cheque in € (Euro) enclosed with the registration form and made out to the order of CBB Développement.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations notified (mail or fax) to CBB Développement before 16 june 2004 will be subject to a 75 % refund.

No refund will be possible in case of cancellation after 16 june 2004
However, exchange of delegates inside the same organization will be accepted in so far as notification will be realized before 16 june 2004 and notified to the symposium secretary.

NB : The registration form must be forwarded together with the payment in order to be accepted.
Full VAT (19.6 %) invoice will be issued to enrolled delegates.

The symposium will be held the 30 june, 1 and 2 july 2004 at Palais du Grand Large (1, Quai Duguay-Trouin, SAINT- MALO).
Delegate registration will be on Wednesday 30 june 2004 from 17.30 to 19.00 and on Thursday 1 july from 8.15 to 9.00 from 8.15 to 9.00

Lectures and posters will be presented in French or English. There will be simultaneous english/french translation. Proceedings will be available in English the first day of the meeting.

TGV Paris / Rennes : 2 hrs

By road
The A 11 motorway links Paris to Rennes, the capital of Brittany. You can get there in 2 hours 45 minutes. Then a further 45 minutes are enough to reach Saint-Malo by the R.N. 137 (dual-carriageway)

By boats
Sea links with Great Britain, Ireland and the Channel Island

There are more than a hundred hotels in Saint-Malo and close-by and they provide a wide range where comfort and rates are concerned, from the simplest type to 4 star hotels (800 bed rooms nearby Palais du Grand Large). CBB Développement can not book your hotel accomodation. You should therefore make your own bookings and payments. CBB Développement has however selected hotels near the conference location. Due to the heavy demand on hotel rooms at the period of the meeting, rooms bookings must be made as soon as possible.
